摘要
本文对国内外已有的针对住宅厨房室内空气品质的研究进行了综述,分析了目前我国住宅厨房室内空气品质现状,并且介绍了室内空气品质问题的来源及危害。从室外污染源和室内污染源两个角度论述了影响住宅厨房室内空气品质的因素。结合目前我国住宅厨房普遍存在的问题,提出了相对应的室内空气品质改善的方法,对后续厨房建设以及室内空气品质的提升具有重要意义。
The existing research on indoor air quality of residential kitchens at home and abroad was reviewed,the current situation of indoor air quality in residential kitchens in China was analyzed,and the sources and hazards of indoor air quality problems were introduced.From the perspective of outdoor pollution sources and indoor pollution sources,the factors affecting the indoor air quality of residential kitchens were discussed.Combined with the current common problems in China's residential kitchens,the corresponding indoor air quality improvement methods were proposed,it is of great significance for the subsequent kitchen construction and the improvement of indoor air quality。
