原油罐区雷电预警及防护技术

摘要 为避免浮顶储罐遭受雷击时,在二次密封油气空间中放电引起密封圈火灾,搭建了实验室模拟环境下的浮顶储罐等比例模型,开展了储罐雷击火花放电试验研究。从储罐本体防雷设计和罐区雷电安全管理等方面,分析了大型浮顶储罐雷击火灾事故的机理。针对储罐雷击薄弱环节,研发了新型橡胶刮板、导向柱密封绝缘装置、雷电流泄放装置等装备,为浮顶储罐提高抗雷击能力提供了解决方案,开发了罐区雷电监测预警系统,可实现提前30 min雷电预警。 In order to avoid the seal ring fire caused by the discharge of the floating roof tank in the secondary sealed oil and gas space when it was struck by lightning,an equal scale model of the floating roof tank in the laboratory simulation environment was built,and the lightning spark discharge test of the tank was carried out.From the aspects of tank body lightning protection design and tank area lightning safety management,the mechanism of large floating roof storage tank lightning fire accident was analyzed.Aiming at the lightning stroke weak link of storage tank,new rubber scraper,sealing and insulation device of tank guide column,lightning current discharge device and other equipment were developed,providing a solution for improving the lightning resistance of floating roof tanks.The lightning monitoring and early warning system for storage areas was developed,relizing lightning warning 30 min in advance.
