摘要
目的:探讨动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者血脂水平与血管内皮功能的相关性。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年10月本院收治的82例AS患者作为研究对象,为AS组,以同期50例排除了AS健康体检者为对照组。对两组一般资料、血脂水平指标以及血管内皮功能指标进行比较,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析血脂水平与血管内皮功能的关系。结果:两组患者年龄、性别、BMI、饮酒史、家族史等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AS组吸烟史、合并高血压及糖尿病患者比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。AS组血清TC、TG和LDL-C水平显著高于对照组,HDL-C水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);AS组IMT均显著高于对照组,FMD显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,AS患者LDL-C水平与患者血清IMT水平呈显著正相关(r=0.433,P<0.05),与FMD水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.364,P<0.05);患者TC、TG及HDL-C水平与FMD、IMT均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:AS患者血脂水平与健康人群存在差异,患者血管内皮功能下降,且患者血脂水平与血管内皮功能存在相关性。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between blood lipid levels and vascular endothelial function in patients with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods:A total of 82 patients with AS who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study group,and 50 patients who were excluded as healthy subjects during the same period were used as the control group.The general data,lipid level indicators,as well as endothelial function indicators were compared between the two groups,and Pearson's correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between lipid levels and endothelial function.Results:There were no significant differences in age,gender,BMI,drinking history or family history between the two groups(P>0.05);The proportion of patients with smoking history,comorbid hypertension,and diabetes mellitus was higher in the AS group than in the control group(P<0.05).Serum TC,TG,and LDL-C levels in the AS group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and HDL-C levels were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);IMT in the AS group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and FMD was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson's correlation analysis showed that the levels of LDL-C in patients with AS were significantly positively correlated with the levels of serum IMT(r=0.433,P<0.05)and negatively correlated with the levels of FMD(r=-0.364,P<0.05);Levels of TC,TG and HDL-C in the patients were not significantly associated with FMD or IMT(P>0.05).Conclusion:The lipid levels of patients with AS differed from those of a healthy population.Patients with AS had decreased endothelial function,and there was a correlation between lipid levels and endothelial function in patients.
