摘要
目的 编制人工全髋关节置换术(THA)患者预防假体脱位知信行问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法 采用文献分析法、半结构式访谈法初步建立问卷条目池,经过两轮德尔菲专家咨询进行条目的修改,并选取某两所三甲医院251例THA患者进行信效度检验。结果 最终形成THA术后患者预防假体脱位知信行问卷共知识、态度、行为3个维度,37个条目。知识、态度、行为及整体问卷的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.940、0.935、0.913、0.945。I-CVI为0.85~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.97。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计解释方差变异为56.720%,验证性因子分析结果适配理想,聚敛效度和区分效度理想。结论 编制的THA患者预防假体脱位知信行问卷信效度良好,能够作为评价THA术后患者预防假体脱位知信行水平的工具。
Objective To develop a knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire for the prevention of prosthesis dislo⁃cation in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Literature analysis and semi-structured interview were used to preliminarily establish the questionnaire item pool.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the items were modified,and 251 THA patients from two Class Grade A hospitals were select⁃ed for reliability and validity test.Results The knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for preventing prosthesis dislocation in patients after THA was finally formed,with 37 items in three dimensions:knowledge,attitude and behavior.Cronbach'sαcoefficients of knowledge,attitude,behavior and overall questionnaire were 0.940,0.935,0.913 and 0.945,respectively.The item-level content validity index I-CVI value ranged from 0.85 to 1,and the questionnaire level content validity index S-CVI/Ave value was 0.97.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,and the cu⁃mulative explained variance variation was 56.720%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis were suitable,and the con⁃vergent and discriminant validity were ideal.Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire for the preven⁃tion of prosthesis dislocation in patients undergoing THA has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to eval⁃uate the knowledge-attitude-practice level of patients after THA.
