摘要
“文化经纪人”被视为是非物质文化遗产保护传承中的关键行动者,是非遗工作健康有序开展的重要推动力。基于贺雪峰的“双层认同与行动模型”和科尔曼的理性选择理论,笔者采用深度访谈、参与式观察等研究方法,以湖南省“湘西钢火烧龙”为田野个案,探析体育非物质文化遗产保护传承中“文化经纪人”的行动历程及其行动逻辑,并进一步提出以非物质文化遗产保护传承为核心的发展启示。研究认为:“文化经纪人”投身于钢火烧龙的保护传承缘起于心系乡土,通过广泛整合各类资源已逐渐步入稳步推进的阶段;乡土社会的情感联结、宏观环境的组织认同、自我身份的识解构建以及资本赚取的利益驱动则是促使其付诸行动的主要逻辑所在。因此,在体育非物质文化遗产保护传承工作中,应尝试以乡土情结为载体,构筑以乡愁为纽带的乡兴道路;完善非遗保护制度体系,倡导群体参与和群体受益;巧运身份重塑社会秩序,激活乡村内生自治力;尊重非遗自洽衍变的诉求,走理性商业化发展道路等方面积极推动非遗工作的现代化转变与持续性发展。
“Cultural broker” is regarded as a key actor in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, and an important driving force for the healthy and orderly development of intangible cultural heritage work. Based on He Xuefeng’s “double-layer identity and action model” and Coleman’s rational choice theory, using in-depth interviews, participatory observation and other research methods, taking “Western Hunan Steel Fire Dragon” in Hunan Province as a field case, this paper analyzes the action process and action logic of “cultural brokers” in the protection and inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage, and further puts forward the development enlightenment centering on the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.The research believes that the protection and inheritance of Steel Fire Dragon by cultural brokers originates from their hearts to the countryside. Through the extensive integration of various resources, they have gradually stepped into the stage of steady progress. The emotional connection with the local society, the organizational identity of the macro environment, the construction of self-identity and the interest drive of capital earning are the main logic that drives them to take action. In view of this, in the work of the protection and inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage, we should build a road of rural prosperity with homesickness as the carrier;improve the intangible cultural heritage protection system and advocate group participation and group benefit;skillfully use identity to reshape social order and activate the endogenous autonomy of rural areas;respect the demands of the self-consistent evolution of intangible cultural heritage, and actively promote the modernization and sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage work by taking a rational commercial development path.
