摘要
采用铜钎焊和MAG焊方法对0.8 mm+2 mm不锈钢薄板搭接接头进行密封焊接试验,对焊接接头的外观形貌、金相组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能进行对比分析。结果表明:两种焊接接头的外观形貌、宏观金相、显微组织良好,没有裂纹、未熔合、未焊透、气孔等表面及内部缺陷,两种焊接方法均可以用来对薄板不锈钢搭接接头进行密封焊接。铜钎焊的外观形貌更加美观,焊缝形状及尺寸更容易控制,焊接热输入小,其接头显微组织、硬度分布及耐腐蚀性能均优于快速短弧MAG焊,综合性能更优,更适合用来进行密封焊接。
Copper brazing and MAG welding were used for the seal welding of the lap joint of 0.8 mm + 2 mm stainless steel sheets. The appearance, metallographic structure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welding joints were compared and analyzed. The results show that the appearance, macro-metallography and microstructure of the two welding joints are excellent, and no surface and internal defects such as cracks, lack of fusion, lack of penetration, porosity,etc, are found in the welding joints, so both of the welding methods can be used for seal welding of stainless steel lap joint.Copper brazing has more beautiful appearance, more controllable weld shape, smaller welding heat input, and the microstructure, hardness distribution and corrosion resistance of copper brazing joint are superior to those of rapid short arc MAG welding. In conclusion, the comprehensive performance of copper brazing is better than that of MAG welding, and it is more suitable for seal welding.
