摘要
目的研究影响北京市某事业单位工作人员及其家庭成员垃圾分类行为的因素。方法通过发放调查问卷,获取居民对垃圾分类的知识、社区管理、个人态度和行为等数据,应用多元线性回归,对影响城市居民垃圾分类行为的因素及其差异进行实证分析。结果共收集有效问卷322份,问卷的信度和效度良好。不同社区管理、个人态度、年龄、文化程度的事业单位人员在垃圾分类行为上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区管理、个人态度、年龄、文化程度是影响北京市某事业单位工作人员及其家庭成员垃圾分类行为习惯的主要因素。
Objective To investigate influencing factors of the garbage sorting behavior of staffs and their family members in a public institution in Beijing City.Methods Conducting questionnaire to collect the knowledge,community management,attitude and behavior of garbage sorting,and using multiple linear regression to conduct empirical analysis of the influencing factors and the differences of garbage sorting behavior of urban residents.Results A total of 322 valid questionnaires were collected.There were statistically significant differences of garbage sorting behavior of staffs and their family members in community management,individual behavior,age,education background(P<0.05).Conclusion Community management,individual attitude,age and education level may be the influencing factors of garbage sorting behavior for staffs and their family members in a public institution.
