湖州市儿童肠道病毒71型疫苗接种水平分析

Analysis on the level of inactivated vaccine against enterovirus 71 in children in Huzhou

摘要 目的评价湖州市6月龄~5岁儿童肠道病毒71型(EV71)疫苗接种水平,为规划EV71疫苗接种方案及手足口病防控工作提供参考依据。方法通过湖州市免疫规划信息管理系统收集6月龄~5岁儿童EV71疫苗接种资料,应用描述性流行病学方法分析湖州市EV71疫苗接种水平。结果湖州市免疫规划信息系统总共登记6月龄~5岁儿童249333人,接种首剂儿童74192人,接种率为29.76%,平均接种月龄为(15.45±9.48)月,其中1岁儿童接种率最高为41.24%,接种率随年龄增加呈逐渐降低趋势(χ2趋势=5785.28,P<0.001);不同性别、地区儿童首剂EV71疫苗和全程接种率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湖州市6月龄~5岁儿童EV71疫苗接种率和全程接种率均较低,儿童首剂接种年龄较晚,需进一步提高接种率,尽早完成EV71疫苗接种。 Objective To evaluate the vaccination level of enterovirus 71(EV71)in children aged 6 months to 5 years in Huzhou City,and provide reference for planning EV71 vaccination plan and prevention and control of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods We collected data on EV71 vaccination among children aged 6 months to 5 years and reported to the Huzhou Immunization Information Management System.Applying descriptive epidemiological methods to analyze EV71 vaccination data of children aged 6 months to 5 years in Huzhou City.Results A total of 249333 children aged 6months to 5 years have been registered in the Huzhou Immunization Program Information System.74192 children were given the first dose,the coverage of the first dose EV71 vaccine was 29.76%,and the average vaccination age was 15.45±9.48 months.The highest vaccination rate for 1-year-old children is 41.24%,and the vaccination rate gradually decreases with age(χ~2trend=5785.28,P<0.001).There are statistically significant differences in the inoculation rates of 1dose of EV71 vaccine and 2 doses of EV71 vaccine among children of different genders and regions(P<0.05).Conclusion The EV71 vaccination rate and the full-course vaccination rate for children between 6 months and 5 years old in Huzhou City are relatively low.The age of the first dose of children is relatively late.It is necessary to further strengthen the EV71 vaccination publicity,increase the coverage rate,and complete the EV71 vaccination as soon as possible.
