摘要
为探索射流成型机理,针对某等壁厚球缺型药型罩结构,开展了不同装药长径比下杆式射流成型和侵彻混凝土靶的数值模拟研究;结合射流成型理论,从装药爆轰波成长角度,分析了装药长径比对杆式射流成型和侵彻性能的影响。结果表明,在装药长径比由0.5增加到0.9时,装药长径比增加可显著提高射流性能,但当装药长径比超过1.0时,作用到药型罩上的压力的增加幅度明显低于装药质量增加幅度,此时装药长径比的增加对射流成型的贡献逐渐减弱。在受限战斗部质量和空间,且为中心一点起爆条件下,可优选装药长径比为0.9或1.0。
To explore the mechanism of jetting forming, the numerical simulation investigation on jetting projectile charge(JPC) forming and penetrating concrete targets with different length-diameter ratio of charge were conducted based on the hemispherical liner structure with equal thickness. Combining with the theory of jetting forming, the influences of length-diameter ratio of charge on JPC forming and penetration performance were analyzed from the perspective of charge detonation wave growth. The results show that the increase of length-diameter ratio of charge can significantly improve jetting performance when it increases from 0.5 to 0.9, but when length-diameter ratio of charge exceeding 1.0, the increase scope of pressure on the liner is obviously lower than the increase scope of charge mass, and the contribution of the increases of length-diameter ratio of charge to jetting forming is gradually reduced. The optimization of length-diameter ratio of charge is 0.9 or 1.0 under the condition of limited warhead mass and space and central point initiation.
