摘要
在深入剖析“两山”理论科学内涵基础上,综合考虑各地实践,梳理总结“两山”理论转化的典型模式,提出区域现代水网建设中实现“两山”理论转化的基本思路,进而提出在水网建设中通过打造水文旅融合新路径、构建水农融合新业态、创建“两山银行”新模式等,来推动实现“两山”理论转化。以青岛市为例,探索现代水网建设中创建水文化景观转化为水经济动力的发展模式,助推经济社会高质量发展,全方位提升人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感。
With an in-depth analysis of philosophical and scientific connotations of the“two mountains”theory(clear waters and green mountains are as good as mountains of gold and silver),and taking into account the practices of various regions,it summarizes the typical models of applying the“two mountains”theory.The basic ideas for realizing the theory in the construction of water networks are raised.Three major measures to apply the theory in the construction of water networks are proposed,including creating a new path for integration of hydrology and tourism,constructing a new business form for the integration of water and agriculture,and creating a new model for the“two mountains bank”.Taking Qingdao City as an example,it suggests to build water-oriented landscapes in the construction of water networks,so as to promote high-quality economic and social development,and comprehensively enhance the people’s sense of gain,happiness,and security.
