摘要
健康安全环境(HSE)理念已经成为高校化学工程类本科专业认证的必备通识拓展类伦理课程。基于中国新疆地区丰富的多晶硅产业,设计一个综合性实验—以多晶硅副产物四氯化硅(SiCl_(4))为硅源制备多孔二氧化硅(SiO_(2))球形材料。通过综合性实验的实施,让学生深入理解健康理念,树立以人为本的意识;践行安全理念,强化安全第一的责任;增强环境理念,开展环保优先的行动。同时,促进学生了解多晶硅在太阳能光伏电池中的应用,理解碳达峰和碳中和的意义,掌握SiCl_(4)的特点、危害以及“变废为宝”的资源化利用方式,熟悉SiCl_(4)水解制备多孔SiO_(2)纳米球的机理。
The concept of health,safety and environment(HSE)has become a necessary general ethics course for chemical engineering undergraduate certification in colleges and universities.On account of rich polysilicon industry in Xinjiang,China,a comprehensive experiment was designed to prepare porous silica(SiO_(2))spherical materials with polycrystalline silicon by-product silicon tetrachloride(SiCl_(4))as silicon source.Through the implementation of comprehensive experiments,students can deeply understand the concept of health,establish the people-oriented consciousness,practice the concept of safety,strengthen the responsibility of safety first,enhance the concept of environment,and carry out the action of environmental protection priority.Meanwhile,it can promote students to understand the application of polysilicon in solar photovoltaic cells,understand the significance of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization,master the characteristics and hazards of SiCl_(4),as well as the resource utilization mode of“turning waste into treasure”,and be familiar with the mechanism of preparing porous SiO_(2) nanospheres by hydrolysis of SiCl_(4).
