摘要
2014年,党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》采用“法治教育”的表述,同时还提出要在国民教育体系中纳入法治教育。在高校思想政治教育中纳入法治教育,既有利于大学生自觉遵法、守法、护法,也有助于建设社会主义法治化国家。从对法治教育内涵以及法治教育和思想政治教育关系的界定入手,对法治教育中的主体、介体和环体等方面提出创新与改革的意见,以期能够更好地实现高校思想政治教育的价值与意义,更好地为学生全面发展服务。
In 2014,the“Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Advancing the Rule of Law”adopted the expression“rule of law education”at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee,and also proposed to include rule of law education in the national education system.The inclusion of rule of law education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities will not only help college students consciously abide by the law,observe the law and protect the law,but also help build a socialist country under the rule of law.Starting from the definition of the content of rule of law education and the relationship between rule of law education and ideological and political education,by putting forward ideas for innovation and reform in subjects,intermediaries and circles of rule of law education,we hope to be able to better realize the value and significance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and better serve the comprehensive development of students.
