摘要 鄂尔多斯盆地深层煤层气近年快速开发,产量逐年递增。深层煤层气开发多采用体积压裂工艺,广泛应用变粘滑溜水,其具备快速增稠、高抗盐、低伤害等特点。以丙烯酰胺为主体,通过共聚反应添加耐盐等功能性基团,制得了含疏水缔合结构的聚合物稠化剂。实验表明,该稠化剂增黏效果明显,综合各个因素耐盐基团AMPS占聚合物质量百分比为4%耐盐效果最好;以本区块返排液为水源配制压裂液,具有良好的减阻和携砂性能,能够满足现场施工需求。 In recent years,deep coalbed methane in Erdos Basin has been rapidly developed,and the production has increased year by year.The development of deep coalbed methane mostly adopts volume fracturing technologyand variable viscosity slick water which can rapidly thickening,salt tolerance and low formation damage.A polymer thickener containing hydrophobic association structure was prepared by adding functional groups such as salt tolerance through copolymerization with acrylamide as the main body.The experimental results showed that the thickener had obvious thickening effect,and the salt tolerance effect was the best when the salt-tolerant group AMPS accounted for 4%of the polymer mass percentage.The fracturing fluid was prepared with the backflow fluid of this block as the water source,which had good drag reduction and sand carrying performance and can meet the needs of on-site construction.
