摘要
硒作为一种稀散非金属元素,广泛应用于各工业领域。现有生产工艺都具有一定局限性,给人员和环境带来了一定危害。以粗硒和氧气为原料,研究挥发氧化法处理粗硒制备二氧化硒,考察了氧化次数、氧化温度、氧气流量和压力对二氧化硒纯度的影响。结果表明:在氧化温度520℃、氧气流量5 L/min、负压60 Pa、氧化2次条件下,二氧化硒纯度为98.40%,符合《YS/T 651-2007二氧化硒》96牌号标准。对尾气中二氧化硒进一步净化吸收和还原处理,可提高粗硒利用率。
As a rare non-metallic element,selenium is widely used in various industrial fields.The current production process of selenium dioxide has certain limitations,which brings certain harm to people and the environment.The preparation of selenium dioxide by treating crude selenium by volatile oxidation was studied,and the effects of oxidation times,oxidation temperature,oxygen flow and pressure on the purity of selenium dioxide were investigated.Under the conditions of oxidation temperature of 520℃,oxygen flow rate of 5 L/min,negative pressure of 60 Pa and two-stage oxidation,the purity of selenium dioxide can reach 98.40%,which was in line with the 96 grade of YS/T 651-2007 Selenium Dioxide standard.Further purification,absorption and reduction of selenium dioxide in the exhaust gas can improve the utilization rate of crude selenium.
