摘要
近年来,电子设备都在向着柔性可穿戴发展,尤其是有机发光二极管(OrganicLight-Emitting Diode, OLED)显示和手机对柔性屏的需求日益增高。目前传统的聚合物薄膜如PET、PEN等虽然具有良好的透明度,但是它们的耐热性能不佳,无法满足目前产业化较高的加工温度。而聚酰亚胺(PI)不仅具有良好的透明度,耐热性能也是聚合物中最高的一类,有望应用于柔性显示的基板、盖板以及触控板中。本文将对聚酰亚胺以及其面向柔性电子器件的应用及性能研究现状做一概述。
In recent years,electronic devices are moving towards the development of flexible wearables,especially OLED displays and mobile phones have an increasing demand for flexible screens.At present,although traditional polymer films such as PET and PEN have good transparency,their heat resistance is not good enough to meet the current industrialized processing temperature.Polyimide(PI)not only has good transparency,but also has the highest heat resistance among the polymers.Therefore,it is expected to be used in substrates,covers and touch panels for the flexible electronic devices.An overview of the application and performance developmentof PI for flexible electronic devices were given.
