气垫登陆艇共轴对转螺旋桨性能研究

摘要 气垫登陆艇推进螺旋桨的性能研究对于此类船舶的总体设计和动力装置选型具有重要意义,共轴对转螺旋桨较普通单桨而言,可以实现扭矩配平、推力系数增大、提高螺旋桨效率等优点;除此之外,桨叶数相同的前后桨之间不同的初始安装角位置也会对气动力性能产生显著影响,这是由于前桨随边与后桨导边的瞬时相对位置的不同使得前后桨之间流场的相互约束有所差异,能量的耗损程度不同,使得对转桨的推进效率明显不同。STAR-CCM+和Fluent两种计算平台数值模拟结果均和试验值基本吻合,进一步验证了CFD方法对气垫登陆艇共轴对转螺旋桨性能预报的可靠性。 The performance study of propulsion propellers of air cushion landing craft has important significance to the overall design and power device selection of this kind of craft.Compared with a common single propeller,a coaxial reverse propeller can realize the advantages of torque leveling,thrust coefficient increase and propeller efficiency.In addition,different positions of initial installation angles between the front and rear paddles with the same number of blades also have a significant impact on aerodynamic performance.As the different instantaneous relative positions of the side edge of the front paddles and the leading edge of the rear paddles lead to the difference in mutual constraints of the flow field between the front and rear paddles and the difference in the degree of energy consumption,the propulsion efficiency of the opposite paddles is significantly different.The numerical simulation results of STAR-CCM+and Fluent roughly agree with the test values,which further verifies the reliability of CFD method on the performance prediction of coaxial reverse propellers of air cushion landing craft.
