基于紫外-可见吸收光谱的排水管网污染溯源研究

摘要 排水管网污染溯源对于排水管网整改、工业排水监管都有重要意义。包头市北郊水质净化厂为解决高总氮总磷进水溯源问题,采用紫外-可见吸收光谱探头进行管网溯源排查。通过该探头现场大量快速检测的吸收光谱,可即时判断管网水质类别,再通过对少量代表性水样的实验室检测,最终确认高氮磷污染来源。吸收光谱研究发现该区域生活污水具有典型的250 nm吸收峰肩,而工业废水大多具有230 nm以下的硝态氮吸收峰。通过主成分分析和层次聚类分析,可将管网样本分为6类。对各类样本的实验室检测,发现当地生活污水总氮总磷较高较工业废水更高。利用吸收光谱现场快速识别排水来源类型极大地提高的溯源工作效率。 Traceability of drainage pipe network pollution is of great significance for the rectification of drainage pipe network and the supervision of industrial drainage.In order to solve the problem of traceability of high total nitrogen and total phosphorus,the water purification plant in the northern suburbs of Baotou City uses ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum probes for traceability and investigation of pipe networks.Through the absorption spectrum of a large number of rapid on-site detection of this probe,the water quality category of the pipe network can be immediately determined,and then the source of high nitrogen and phosphorus pollution can be finally confirmed through laboratory testing of a small number of representative water samples.Absorption spectroscopy studies have found that domestic wastewater in this region has a typical absorption peak of 250 nm,while industrial wastewater mostly has nitrate nitrogen absorption peak below 230 nm.Through principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis,the pipe network samples can be divided into six categories.Laboratory tests on various samples found that the total nitrogen and total phosphorus of local domestic sewage were higher than that of industrial wastewater.The traceability efficiency is greatly improved by using absorption spectroscopy to quickly identify the type of drainage source in the field.
