摘要
采用中红外(MIR)光谱,开展了医用胶带基材(主要为乙烯–醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,简称基材)的结构表征。实验发现,基材的红外吸收模式主要包括νas(CH_(3)–基材结构)、νas(CH_(2)–基材结构)、νs(CH_(3)–基材结构)、νs(CH_(2)–基材结构)、ν(C=O–基材结构)、δ(CH_(2)–基材结构)、δas(CH_(3)–基材结构)、δs(CH_(3)–基材结构)和ρ(CH_(2)–基材结构)。采用变温中红外(TD–MIR)光谱进一步开展了基材的热变性研究,发现随测定温度的升高,基材中主要官能团对应的红外吸收频率及吸收强度均有明显改变。
The structure of medical tape substrate(mainly being ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,substrate for short) was characterized using mid-infrared(MIR) spectrum. It is found by the experiments that the infrared absorption modes of the substrate mainly include νas(CH_(3)–substrate structure), νas(CH_(2)–substrate structure), νs(CH_(3)–substrate structure), νs(CH_(2)–substrate structure), ν(C=O–substrate structure),δ(CH_(2)–substrate structure), δas(CH_(3)–substrate structure), δs(CH_(3)–substrate structure) and ρ(CH_(2)–substrate structure). The thermal denaturation of the substrate was further investigated using temperature-dependent mid-infrared(TD-MIR) spectrum. It is found that the infrared adsorption frequencies and absorption intensities corresponding to the main functional groups in the substrate change significantly with the increase of the determined temperature.
