摘要
为了促进我国“西电东送”和大规模新能源消纳,将汇入网络无法消纳的新能源转换为直流外送是关键途径,因此,亟需研究支撑电网安全经济运行的特高压直流落点规划技术。本文考虑了多直流外送功率联合优化对送端电网的支撑能力,建立了基于安全性-经济性平衡的直流落点与送端网架联合规划模型,并提出了基于矩估计理论赋权的灰色综合优选方法进行求解,最后以宁夏电网为例,分析得出天都山变电站为最优送出直流落点,验证了本文所提方法和模型的有效性。
It is a crucial approach to convert the new energy that cannot be absorbed into the grid into DC transmission to promote the“West-to-East Transmission Project”and large-scale absorption of new energy.It urgently requires the research of the ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)location planning technology to support the safe and economic operation of the power grid.This paper considers the support capability of the multi-DC external power joint optimization for the transmission power grid.It also establishes a collaborative planning model of the DC location and the transmission grid based on the balance of safety and economy.A grey comprehensive optimization method based on moment estimation theory weighting is proposed to solve the problem.Finally,taking the Ningxia grid as an example,Tiandushan Substation is the optimal sending DC location considering economy and safety,which is consistent with the actual experience and verifies the effectiveness of the method and model proposed in this paper.
