摘要
随着贸易全球化的不断深入,饲料作为大宗商品中重要的一环,其价格波动会影响各国贸易,对饲料企业自身及其上下游产业影响较大,直接关系到国计民生各个方面。随着供给侧结构性改革不断深入,饲料企业面临转型升级,饲料企业若想在推进改革创新的过程中取得优势并转型成功,需要有更全面的数据作为支撑,以达到全面化和精细化的目的。同时,饲料企业需要落实全面预算管理,优化资源配置效率,提升市场竞争力。因此,这两项重要工作的结合成为饲料企业发展的必然趋势。本文以饲料企业全面预算管理为切入点,针对其在大数据时代背景下存在的问题,从核心要义出发,浅谈饲料企业全面预算管理的优化路径。
With the deepening of trade globalization,feed is an important part of bulk commodities,and its price fluctuation has a great influence on the trade of various countries,feed enterprises themselves and their related upstream and downstream industries,which is directly related to all aspects of the national economy and people's livelihood.With the deepening of supply-side reform,feed enterprises are facing transformation and upgrading.If feed enterprises want to gain advantages in the process of reform and innovation and succeed in transformation,they need more comprehensive data as data support to achieve the goal of comprehensiveness and refinement.At the same time,feed enterprises need to implement comprehensive budget management,optimize resource allocation efficiency and enhance market competitiveness.Therefore,the combination of these two important tasks has become an inevitable trend in the development of feed enterprises.In this paper,the overall budget management of feed enterprises is taken as the breakthrough point,aiming at the problems existing in the era of big data,and the optimization path of overall budget management of feed enterprises is discussed from the core point of view.
