摘要
近年来我国电力行业发展取得了巨大进步,尤其在特高压输电、新能源发电等领域诞生了许多世界领先的先进技术,但在新技术知识产权的转化应用管理上相比发达国家仍存在差距,以国家电网有限公司为研究对象,通过构建知识产权交易管理平台在知识产权类无形资产的交易过程中实现流程更规范,风险更低,监管力度更强。从而促进电力行业知识产权管理改革,营造鼓励创新、激励创新的良好氛围。
In recent years,great progress has been made in the development of Chinas electric power industry.In particular,many world-leading advanced technologies have emerged in the fields such as ultra-high voltage transmission and new energy power generation.However,there is still a gap between China and developed countries in the transformation,application and management of intellectual property rights to new technologies.This paper takes State Grid Corporation of China as the research object.Building a management platform for intellectual property transactions can help to standardize the transaction process of intangible assets such as intellectual property,reduce risks,and strengthen supervision.Further,the reform of intellectual property management in the power industry can be promoted and a good atmosphere to encourage innovation can be created.
