摘要
目的研究黄蜀葵花黄酮指标成分与对应产地年气候因子和月气候因子的相关性,为黄蜀葵适宜种植区的规划提供基础资料。方法采用相关性分析研究黄蜀葵花中指标成分与气候因子的相关性。结果黄蜀葵花黄酮指标成分含量与1月均温、年极端低气温、无霜期以及9月降水量等气候因子的相关性较强。结论温度和降水可能是影响黄蜀葵花药材黄酮类指标成分积累的关键气候因子。
Objective To study the correlation between the flavonoids index constituents of Abelmoschi Corolla and the annual and monthly climate factors of the corresponding producing areas,and provide basic data for the division of suitable planting areas of Abelmoschus manihot(L.)Medic..Methods Correlation analysis was utilized to find the correlations between index constituents of Abelmoschi Corolla with its corresponding climatic factors.Results Average temperature in January,annual extreme low temperature,frost free period and precipitation in September were strongly correlated with the contents of flavonoids.Conclusion Temperature and precipitation may be the key climatic factors affecting the accumulation of flavonoids in Abelmoschi Corolla.
