摘要
设计了一种气体轴承斯特林制冷机控制器,它在传统斯特林制冷机控制器基础上采用频率为500 Hz的PWM载波取代频率为100 kHz的SPWM载波,提高了控制器输出能力。通过分时控制热敏电阻通断,优化H桥电路开关死区时间和减小载波频率等设计方案提升了控制器转换效率。采用过热保护和关机保护提高了制冷机安全性能。
A controller for the gas bearing Stirling cryocooler was designed.Based on the traditional controller for Stirling cryocooler, a carrier signal with 500 Hz PWM instead of 100 kHz SPWM was used to increase the output capability.The conversion efficiency of the controller was improved by serial operations of time-shared controlling thermistor on and off, optimizing the switching dead time of H-bridge circuit and reducing the carrier frequency.The overheat protection and shutdown operation were adopted to improve the safety of the cryocooler.
