摘要
跨境电商的快速发展,带来了复杂多样的质量安全风险,给海关进出口商品监管工作带来了新的挑战。本研究针对跨境电商产品的特点,提出了利用产品风险画像技术对跨境电商产品的风险信息进行多维度收集、结构化处理和可视化呈现的方法。借助大数据技术中用户画像概念,研究跨境电商产品风险画像的数据架构和实现技术,探索产品风险画像在跨境电商质量安全风险监管工作中的实现路径和效果,并以一类产品为代表给出了应用实例,为高效、精准开展口岸跨境电商产品的风险评估及监管工作提供了一种有效的解决方案。
The cross-border e-commerce is developing rapidly with diverse quality and safety issues,which brings challenges to the supervision of these import and export commodities.This study based on risk profiling,methods for multi-source collection,structured processing and visualization of data related to risks were proposed.The data structure and implementation techniques of the proposed method were studied in details,and then verified by profiling a real e-commerce product.The method was proved to be a highly efficient solution for the risk assessment of cross-border e-commerce products,which can support the supervision of quality and safety issues in cross-border e-commerce.
