Fe^(3+)/PVA/P(AA-AM)水凝胶的制备及其性能研究

摘要 以2-羟基-2-甲基苯丙酮引发剂,丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)自由基聚合反应制备共聚物P(AM-AA),该共聚物与聚乙烯醇(PVA)氢键交联形成H-水凝胶,H-水凝胶依次浸泡于FeCl_(3)溶液和NaCl溶液,配位相互作用构成了Fe^(3+)/PVA/P(AA-AM)水凝胶(S-水凝胶)。该S-水凝胶具有良好的力学性能(拉伸强度可达2.41 MPa)、优异的自愈合及伤口不敏感性;该水凝胶具有良好的疏油性能及耐腐蚀的特性。 Copolymer P(AM-AA)was prepared by radical polymerization of acrylamide(AM)and acrylic acid(AA)with 2-hydroxy-2-methylphenylacetone as initiator.The copolymer was crosslinked with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to form H-hydrogel.Fe^(3+)/PVA/P(AA-AM)hydrogel(S-hydrogel)was formed by coordination interaction through immersing the obtained H-hydrogel was immersed in FeCl_(3)solution and NaCl solution in turn.The S-hydrogel has good mechanical properties(tensile strength up to 2.41 MPa),excellent self-healing and wound insensitivity;The hydrogel has good superoleophobic and corrosion resistance.
