摘要
目的研究益气补肾活血汤与阿托伐他汀钙联合应用对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者的预后效果。方法选作研究对象的80例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者均来自神经内科,时间段界定在2020年6月-2022年6月,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组入院后接受对症支持治疗并加用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气补肾活血汤治疗,疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血液流变学指标、神经肢体功能的变化以及日常生活能力等。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率92.5%显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分以及FMA评分均高于对照组,全血高切黏度、全血黏度、全血低切黏度、血小板聚集指数水平均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论益气补肾活血汤联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗方案在缺血性脑卒中恢复期的应用能有效促进患者神经功能、肢体功能恢复,改善日常生活能力,对预后有积极意义。
Objective To study the clinical benefits of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium on the prognosis of patients with ischemic stroke during convalescence.Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke in the convalescent stage were selected from the Department of Neurology as the research objects,and the period was defined from June 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received symptomatic support treatment and atorvastatin calcium treatment after admission,while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,hemorheology indexes before and after treatment,changes in neurolimb function and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%significantly higher than that of the control group 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the ADL score and FMA score were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of whole blood high-shear viscosity,whole blood viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity and platelet aggregation index were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue decoction combined with atorvastatin calcium therapy in the recovery period of ischemic stroke can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and limb function,improve the ability of daily living,and has positive significance for prognosis.
