摘要
目的探究安神复脉汤联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片对老年冠心病心律失常患者的效果。方法128例老年冠心病心律失常患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组64例。对照组给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予安神复脉汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的左室射血分数与左室舒张末期内径。结果治疗后,两组患者的左室舒张末期内径小于本组治疗前、左室射血分数大于本组治疗前,且观察组患者的左室舒张末期内径(45.80±4.35)mm小于对照组的(52.14±4.70)mm、左室射血分数(59.77±5.73)%大于对照组的(52.92±4.60)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安神复脉汤联合琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片能够有效改善老年冠心病心律失常患者的心脏自主神经系统平衡性,在临床上有很高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of Anshen Fumai Decoction combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia in the elderly.Methods A total of 128 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was treated with Anshen Fumai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the two groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that before treatment in this group;the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(45.80±4.35)mm in the observation group was less than(52.14±4.70)mm in the control group;the left ventricular ejection fraction(59.77±5.73)%in the observation group was greater than(52.92±4.60)%in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anshen Fumai Decoction combined with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets can effectively improve the balance of cardiac autonomic nervous system in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia,and has high clinical application value.
