摘要
目的比较帕利哌酮、阿立哌唑、利培酮应用于儿童青少年首发精神分裂症患者中的效果。方法103例儿童青少年首发精神分裂症患者,依据随机数字表法分为组一(32例)、组二(38例)及组三(33例)。组一应用帕利哌酮治疗,组二应用阿立哌唑治疗,组三应用利培酮治疗。比较三组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)评分及糖代谢指标(糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖)、脂代谢指标[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、甘油三酯]水平。结果治疗后,组一、组二、组三的PNASS评分分别为(56.23±2.20)、(69.62±3.69)、(68.42±2.50)分,PSP评分分别为(57.22±2.32)、(40.73±2.73)、(58.42±2.63)分。治疗后,组一的PANSS评分低于组二、组三,组一、组三的PSP评分高于组二,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,三组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前后,三组的甘油三酯、HDL-C、LDL-C水平组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童青少年首发精神分裂症治疗工作中应用帕利哌酮较于阿立哌唑、利培酮能够改善患者PNASS评分、PSP评分,获得更为理想的效果。
Objective To compare the effect of paliperidone,aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia in children and adolescents.Methods A total of 103 children and adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia were divided into group 1(32 cases),group 2(38 cases)and group 3(33 cases)according to random numerical table.Group 1 was treated with paliperidone,group 2 was treated with aripiprazole,and group 3 was treated with risperidone.Comparison was made on Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)score,Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP),glucose metabolism index(glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose)and lipid metabolism index[low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),triglyceride].Results After treatment,the PNASS scores in group 1,group 2,and group 3 were(56.23±2.20),(69.62±3.69),and(68.42±2.50)points,and the PSP scores were(57.22±2.32),(40.73±2.73),and(58.42±2.63)points.After treatment,PANSS score in group 1 was lower than that in group 2 and group 3,and PSP score in group 1 and group 3 were higher than that in group 2.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the three groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in triglyceride,HDL-C,and LDL-C levels in the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with aripiprazole and risperidone,paliperidone for the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia in children and adolescents can improve PNASS score and PSP score and obtain more ideal effect.
