摘要
目的探讨布地奈德粉雾剂联合特布他林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重期的疗效。方法100例慢阻肺急性加重期患者,以双盲法分为参照组和联合组,各50例。参照组采用特布他林治疗,联合组采用布地奈德粉雾剂联合特布他林治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗后血气指标(动脉血氧分压、动脉血二氧化碳分压)。结果联合组治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组治疗后动脉血氧分压为(79.87±5.01)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),动脉血二氧化碳分压为(45.88±4.17)mm Hg;联合组治疗后动脉血氧分压为(87.97±1.63)mm Hg,动脉血二氧化碳分压为(41.96±2.22)mm Hg。联合组治疗后动脉血氧分压明显高于参照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢阻肺急性加重期患者应用布地奈德粉雾剂联合特布他林治疗可获得更优的治疗效果,并且更有利于改善患者血气指标,建议进一步推广。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of budesonide powder for inhalation combined with terbutaline in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into reference group and combination group by double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with terbutaline,and the combination group was treated with budesonide powder for inhalation and terbutaline.The therapeutic effect,blood gas index(arterial partial pressure of oxygen,arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the reference group had arterial partial pressure of oxygen of(79.87±5.01)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide of(45.88±4.17)mm Hg;the combination group had partial pressure of arterial blood oxygen of(87.97±1.63)mm Hg,and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide of(41.96±2.22)mm Hg.After treatment,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in the reference group in the combined group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide powder for inhalation combined with terbutaline has better therapeutic effect on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and is more conducive to improving the blood gas index of patients,which is recommended to further promotion.
