摘要
甘草酸(glycyrrhizic acid, GA)作为甘草的主要活性成分,具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗癌和抗氧化等多种生物学功能,在促进动物生长、预防疾病等方面有一定作用。文章综述了GA的提取方法、生物学功能及在动物生产中的应用效果,以期为GA的开发和在动物生产中的应用提供理论参考。
Glycyrrhizic acid(GA), as the main active component of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch., has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-cancer, anti-oxidation, and other biological functions, and has certain effects on animal growth and disease prevention. In this paper, the extraction methods, biological functions, and application effects of GA in animal production were reviewed, which provided some theoretical reference for the development and application of GA in animal production.
