摘要
目的 研究对射血分数保留心力衰竭患者采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗的临床效果以及其对治疗后不良心血管事件发生的影响。方法 选取2020年11月—2021年11月呼伦贝尔市人民医院收治的150例射血分数保留心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组75例,对照组采用常规方式进行治疗,研究组在对照组常规治疗的基础上采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠进行治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果、心功能指标、生活质量指标评分、不良心血管事件发生率以及炎症因子指标。结果治疗后,研究组临床有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的77.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.307,P<0.05);研究组不良心血管事件发生率为10.67%,明显低于对照组的30.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.149,P<0.05)。结论 临床对射血分数保留心力衰竭患者采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠进行治疗的临床效果更好,临床症状得到明显改善,还可以进一步降低不良心血管事件的发生率,临床应用效果较好。
Objective To study the clinical effect of treatment with sacubitril valsartan sodium in patients with ejection fraction preserved heart failure and its effect on the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events after treatment.Methods 150 patients with ejection fraction preserved heart failure admitted to Hulunbuir People´s Hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.The control group were treated in a conventional manner,and the study group were treated with sacubitril valsartan sodium in addition to the conventional treatment in the control group.The clinical effects,cardiac function indexes,quality of life index scores,incidence of adverse cardiovascular events and inflammatory factor indexes of patients in both groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate in the study group was 96.00%,higher than 77.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.307,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the study group was 10.67%,significantly lower than that in the control group(30.67%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.149,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment with sacubitril valsartan sodium in patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is clinically more effective,and significantly improved clinical symptoms.In addition,it can further reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events,and the clinical application is more effective.
