摘要
目的 研究会厌逐瘀汤联合喉镜下声带良性肿瘤物切除术治疗慢性肥厚性喉炎的临床效果。方法 选取2019年7月—2020年7月在济宁市兖州区人民医院接受治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组采用喉镜下声带良性肿瘤物切除术进行治疗,观察组采用会厌逐瘀汤联合喉镜下声带良性肿瘤物切除术进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组临床总有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.775,P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为11.11%明显低于对照组的37.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.663,P<0.05);观察组的SF-36评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对慢性肥厚性喉炎患者应用会厌逐瘀汤联合喉镜下声带良性肿瘤物切除术进行治疗能够有效提高临床效果,有助于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Huiyan Zhuyu decoction combined with laryngoscope resection of benign tumor in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic laryngitis.Methods 90 patients who received treatment in Yanzhou District People´s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as research objects and divided them into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laryngoscope resection of benign tumor of vocal cord,and the observation group was treated with Huiyan Zhuyu decoction combined with laryngoscope resection of benign tumor of vocal cord.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.775,P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group(11.11%)was significantly lower than that of control group(37.78%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.663,P<0.05).The SF-36 score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic hypertrophic laryngitis,Huiyan Zhuyu decoction combined with laryngoscopic resection of benign tumor of vocal cord can effectively improve the clinical effect,contribute to improving the quality of life of patients.
