摘要
近年来,共享经济平台快速发展的同时也暴露出一些社会问题,引发了社会各界的关注,所以,对其所需承担的社会责任进行分析并治理势在必行。文章在对共享经济平台和平台企业社会责任进行概念界定的基础上,从治理理念、治理主体和治理工具三个方面入手对治理要素进行了系统分析,提出相关治理对策,为共享经济平台的社会责任治理提供有价值的参考。
In recent years,the rapid development of sharing economy platforms has also exposed some social problems and aroused the concern of all walks of life,so it is imperative to analyze and govern the social responsibilities they need to undertake.Based on the concep-tual definition of social responsibility of sharing economy platforms and platform enterprises,this article systematically analyzes governance elements from three aspects:governance concept,governance subjects,and governance tools,then proposes relevant governance counter-measures to provide valuable references for social responsibility governance of sharing economy platforms.
