基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的城市区域雨污水混接程度评价研究

摘要 在城市更新背景下,全国各地积极开展雨污混接改造工作,但针对城市区域雨污水混接程度的定量化评价研究较少。文章基于AHP-模糊综合评价法,构建城市区域雨污水混接程度评价体系,建立各评价指标的分级判定标准。通过AHP,确定混接程度评价指标的权重,利用升降半梯形分布隶属函数,确定模糊评价矩阵。对评价向量单值化处理,提出混接指数概念,将定性分析转为定量分析,针对不同混接指数提出具体改造建议,并通过实例验证该评价体系的可靠性。文章以期为科学评估城市区域雨污水混接程度提供思路,为合理制定雨污混接改造方案提供支撑。 There are few researches on the quantitative evaluation of illicit connection rating in urban area,even though illicit connection reconstruction project is taking place across the country under the background of urban renewal.Based on the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the article establishes an evaluation system for illicit connection rating in urban area and grading standards for each evaluation indicator.AHP is used to confirm the index weight of evaluation indicators for illicit connection rating.Fuzzy evaluation matrix is determined by applying the membership function of ascending and descending semi-trapezoidal distribution.The article proposes the concept of illicit connection index by uniformizing the vector,transforming qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation.Reconstruction suggestions are provided accordingly based on different illicit connection indexes.Finally,an example is used to verify that the rating system is reliable in real cases.The article expects to provide ideas for scientific evaluation of the degree of illicit connection in urban area,and to support developing reconstruction plan for illicit connection.
