摘要
肾性骨病在祖国医学中通过症状表现可对应为“骨痹”“骨痿”等病名,其与五脏的密切程度以肾、脾、肝三脏为要,心肾的水火既济、肺肾的金水相生也发挥重要作用。本病病机为本虚标实,本虚为肾精不足、脾化源不足使得成骨的根基不足,肝主筋之功能减弱,影响约束骨节的功能;标实为脾失健运、肺失通调而蕴结湿浊,君火相火焦灼血液、肝气郁结而瘀血阻滞。本文通过详解肾性骨病的五脏相关病机、治法,旨在发挥中医药优势缓解患者病痛。
In TCM,the symptoms of renal osteopathy are called"bone paralysis"and"bone impotence"and so on.Its etiology is closely related to the five zang organs,the extent of which is emphasized by the kidney,spleen and liver,followed by the water and fire of the heart and kidney,and the gold and water of the lung and kidney also play an important role.The origin deficiency is the deficiency of the kidney essence and the deficiency of the spleen’s source of transformation,which makes the foundation of bone formation insufficient;the weakening of the liver's function as the master of tendons,which affects the function of restraining the bones;the symptoms are the loss of the spleen's health and movement,the loss of the lung's regulation and the accumulation of dampness,the burning of the blood by the ruling fire and the stasis of blood due to the stagnation of liver qi.The article aims to relieve patients'pain by taking advantage of TCM through detailed explanation of the five organs related pathogenesis and treatment of renal osteopathy.
