摘要
目的探讨专职护理干预用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭患者中的效果评价。方法选取2019年7月-2022年9月本院收治的COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者86例,均分为对照组常规护理,观察组专职护理干预各43例.对比效果。结果观察组喘憋改善时间、肺部啰音改善时间、有创通气时间、住院时间.均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的PaO_(2)、PaCO_(2),SaO_(2)均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的肺通气情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对COPD伴呼吸衰竭者.专职护理干预.能改善症状、血气指标、肺功能,提高生命质量。
Objective To explore the effects of allied care interventions con chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)conbin respiratory failure.Methods From July 2019 to September 2022,to select 86 patients with COPD complicated conbin respiratory failure admitted to our hospital were included in the study,and the control group was divided into routine nursing and observation group full-time nursing intervention,43 cases in each group and the effect was compared.Results The improvement time of wheezing,pulmonary rales,invasive ventilation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);PaCO_(2),PaCO_(2) and SaCO_(2) in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The lung ventilation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with COPD conbin respiratory failure,full-time nursing intervention can improve symptoms,blood gas indicators,lung function,and improve quality of life.
