基于案例的Teach-back模式在肿瘤科PICC带管患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Teach-back模式在肿瘤科PICC带管患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月-2021年12月本科室置入PICC的120例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(60例)和观察组(60例)。对照组进行常规的健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于案例的Teach-back模式进行健康教育,记录并分析相关数据<结果对照组对健康知识的掌握率及按时维护依从性明显优于观察组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论基于案例的Teach-back模式能提高PICC带管患者健康教育知识的掌握率及按时维护依从性,降低并发症发生率.值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the application effect of Teach-back model in health education of oncology PICC tube patients.Methods From December 2020 to December 2021,120 patients who were placed with PICC in our department were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The control group patients were given routine health education,and the observation group patients used the case-based Teach-back model to conduct health education on the basis of the control group,and relevant data were recorded and analyzed.Results The control group's mastery of health knowledge and on-time maintenance compliance were significantly better than those in the observation group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the obser uation 0.05.Conclusion The case-based Teach-back model can improve the mastery rate of health education knowledge and timely maintenance compliance of PICC tube patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
