摘要
以核桃青皮为主要原料进行好氧堆肥试验,通过添加玉米秸秆、牛粪等不同的辅料,并接种不同的菌剂,共设计10组处理,分析不同处理对温度、含水率、pH、EC值、发芽指数、有机质、C/N、TN、TP和TK等的影响,探究适宜堆肥的条件。结果表明,经过48 d的堆肥发酵后,添加菌剂的处理组高温阶段持续时间较长,pH降至8.5以下,EC值<4.0 mS/cm,发芽指数超过85%,已基本符合腐熟标准;此外,有机质的降解速率处理AB1、A1、AB2更高,分别为23.84%、21.85%、21.48%,处理AB1、AB2的T值更小,C/N的降幅最大,TN、TP、TK的增幅也较大。通过隶属函数分析法对各处理进行综合评价,得出处理组AB1腐熟程度更高,即在核桃青皮中添加玉米秸秆和牛粪并且添加菌剂1后堆肥效率快,养分含量高,更适用于实际生产,实现核桃青皮的资源化利用。
Anaerobic composting experiment was carried out with walnut green peel as the main raw material.By adding different auxiliary materials such as corn stalk and cow dung,and inoculating different bacterial agents,a total of 10 groups of treatments were designed to analyze the effects of different treatments on temperature,moisture content,pH,EC,germination index,organic matter,C/N,total nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium,etc.,to explore suitable composting conditions.The results showed that after 48 days of compost fermentation,the high-temperature stage of the treatment group with the addition of inoculants lasted longer,the pH dropped below 8.5,the EC was less than 4.0 mS/cm,and the germination index exceeded 85%,which met the decomposing standard.In addition,the degradation rate of organic matter was higher in treatment AB1,A1,and AB2,which were 23.84%,21.85%,and 21.48%,respectively.The T value of AB1 and AB2 was smaller,and the decrease in C/N was the largest.Potassium also increased significantly.The membership function analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate each treatment,and it was concluded that the treatment group AB1 had a higher degree of composting,that is,adding corn stalk and cow dung to the walnut green husk and adding bacterial agent 1,the composting efficiency was fast,and the nutrient content was high,which was more suitable for practical applications,production,and realize the resource utilization of walnut green peel.
