摘要
基于故障树设计一种全新的压力式温度计读取示值故障排除方法。即选取高敏感性抗干扰器,对压力式温度计读取示值故障节点进行了增强处理,再根据故障隶属度函数,利用故障树设计了读取示值故障排除算法,从而完成压力式温度计读取示值故障排除。实验结果表明,用设计的压力式温度计故障树读取示值故障排除方法进行故障排除后,压力式温度计读取的示值与实际显示示值均一致,未出现读取示值故障,证明设计的故障排除方法排除效果较好,具有较强的抗干扰性,有一定的应用价值,可以为压力式温度计量器具后续的使用作参考。
This is a new troubleshooting method for readout of pressure and temperature measuring instruments needs to be designed based on the fault tree.That is to say,a high sensitivity anti-interference device is selected to enhance the readout fault node of pressure and temperature measuring instruments.Then,according to the fault membership function,an effective reading fault removal algorithm is designed by using the fault tree to complete the reading fault removal of pressure and temperature measuring instruments.The experimental results show that the designed fault tree readout troubleshooting method for pressure and temperature measuring instruments is consistent with the actual displayed value after troubleshooting,and there is no readout fault,which proves that the designed troubleshooting method has good troubleshooting effect,strong anti-interference,and certain application value,and can be used as a reference for the subsequent use of pressure and temperature measuring instruments.
