摘要
文章的主要目的是回答目前我国图情档学科在向信息资源管理学转型过程中应该如何认识这个目标领域。文章系统地梳理和阐述了信息资源管理作为一个管理活动领域和管理学的一个分支的起源、背景、发展脉络、主要管理对象、管理目标、管理维度、管理层次,介绍了国外两位研究者基于实际调查而发现和提出的信息资源管理结构的八大要素和改进信息资源管理工作的十大步骤。以期对我国相关领域的研究者和实践者全面了解此领域的演化过程、内涵和发展趋势有所帮助。
The main purpose of this article is to answer the question of how to understand this target field in the process of the transformation of the subject of information resources management in China.The article systematically expounds the origin,background,development,main management objects,management objectives,management dimensions and management levels of information resource management as a field of management activities and a branch of management science.It introduces the eight elements of information resource management structure and ten steps to improve information resource management work discovered and proposed by two foreign researchers based on actual investigations.It is expected to help researchers and practitioners in relevant fields in China to fully understand the evolution process,meaning and development trend of this field.
