摘要
随着我国人口老龄化进程不断加快,发展社区老年教育成为当前社会一项紧迫而又重要的任务。发展社区老年教育,有利于扩大老年教育资源供给、促进终身教育体系的构建、推动社会和谐稳定发展。广州市越秀区以积极老龄观为指导,通过健全管理运行机制、拓宽人才队伍建设渠道、打造本土地域特色课程、丰富活动载体形式、创新合作办学模式等举措,使社区老年教育的发展取得较好的成效。同时,对下一步工作提出了增强社区老年教育意识、完善社区老年教育课程体系建设、强化党建引领提升社区老年教育质量等建议。
With the accelerating process of aging population in China,the development of community elderly education has become an urgent and important task in the current society.The development of community elderly education is conducive to expanding the supply of elderly education resources,promoting the construction of lifelong education system,and promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.Guided by the positive concept of aging,Yuexiu District in Guangzhou has achieved good results in the development of community elderly education by implementing and improving the management and operation mechanism,broadening the channels of talent team construction,creating local regional characteristic courses,enriching the forms of activity carriers,and innovating the cooperative school⁃running mode.Suggestions are put forward for further work,for example,to strengthen the awareness of community elderly education,to improve the construction of curriculum system,to strengthen the leadership of party and to improve the quality of community elderly education.
