基于振动信号的汽轮滑油泵故障原因分析

摘要 针对某型汽轮滑油泵振动过大问题,在深入研究其结构特点及工作原理的基础上,通过跟踪采集该设备关键部件振动信号,综合运用振动信号时频域分析等方法,查找振动特征及其敏感参数,从而确定该设备异常振动激励源及故障原因为减速器主动齿轮存在故障。 In view of the excessive vibration of a turbine oil pump, the structural characteristics and working principle of this pump are studied in depth. On this basis, the vibration signals of the key components of the equipment are tracked and collected. The vibration characteristics and sensitive parameters are found by the integrated use of time and frequency domain analysis of vibration signals. It is determined that the abnormal vibration excitation source, namely, the fault caused by the equipment, is the driving gear failure of the reducer.
