摘要
以4种不同生长类型的番茄为研究对象,比较了它们幼苗的形态,筛选了茎尖组织中差异表达的lncRNAs.结果表明,无限生长型的番茄在幼苗期生长快,节间较长,而有限生长型的番茄幼苗则生长慢.Micro-Tom番茄株高最矮,最高时约为8 cm;最高的为无限生长型的吉农大桃,东升红和齐研矮粉在幼苗期的株高相差不大.筛选到不同生长类型幼苗茎尖差异表达的lncRNAs 42个,这些lncRNAs将会为番茄不同株型的调控机制研究提供参考.
Four different growth types of tomato were selected as research objects,and their seedling morphology was compared.LncRNAs differentially expressed in stem apex tissues of tomato seedlings were screened.The results showed that the infinite growth type of tomato grew fast at the seedling stage with longer internodes,while the limited growth type of tomato seedlings grew slowly.Micro-Tom tomato plant height was the lowest,the highest was about 8 cm.The highest seedling was Jinongdatao with infinite growth,while Dongshenghong and Qiyanaifen had little difference in plant height at seedling stage.Forty-two lncRNAs differentially expressed in stem apex of seedlings of different growth types were screened,and these lncRNAs will provide references for the study of regulatory mechanisms of different tomato plant types.
