摘要
随着“数据驱动,精准训练”成为当前运动训练领域的热门观点,受制于传统直觉、经验训练的公安院校体能训练已经逐渐显示出内容落后、手段固化、理念局限的问题。建议:公安院校体能训练锚定“数字化、智能化、专业化”,从运动训练领域汲取先进理念,从数字技术领域创新训练手段,以公安院校为培训基地,结合公安工作实际需求,加快创新警察体能教学训练新模式。
As "data-driven,precise training"has become a popular point of view in the field of sports training,traditional physical training in public security colleges,which are based on intuition and experience,has to overcome the burdles of outdated training content,rigid training approaches and narrow training ideas.Therefore,public security colleges and universties should be anchored to"digital,iteligent and specialized"physical trai ning,learn advanced ideas from the field of sports training,innovate training methods from the field of digital technology,take public security olleges and univrsities as training bases,combine with the acual needs of public security work,and accelerate the innovation and reform of police physical training mode.
