摘要
编辑是出版服务业的核心从业人员,其职业现状关系着我国出版服务业的健康快速发展.21世纪以来,移动互联网的飞速发展和数字技术的广泛应用对编辑的职业状态造成了巨大的冲击,因此,近年来较多的研究者开始关注编辑这一群体职业现状,并发表了较多的研究成果.对研究数字技术对编辑的影响及应对策略、编辑职业倦怠、编辑工作满意度等3个方面较有代表性的文献进行综述,以期为未来编辑群体职业状态研究提供参考.
Editors are the core employees in the publishing service industry,and their professional status is related to the healthy and rapid development of China’s publishing service industry.Since the 21st century,the rapid development of the mobile internet and the wide application of digital technology have caused a huge impact on the professional status of editors.Therefore,in recent years,more researchers began to pay attention to the professional status of editors and published more research results.The representative literatures on the impact of digital technology to editors and coping strategies,editors’career burnout and editors’career satisfaction were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the future research of editors’professional status.
