摘要
随着全球水资源日益短缺,对垃圾焚烧发电厂产生的废水进行综合处理利用,实现废水“零排放”,对控制企业成本、保护环境及提高水资源循环利用率具有重要意义。以茂名市生活垃圾焚烧发电项目为例,分析了生活垃圾焚烧发电项目废水利用现状、废水水量和水质,并对废水“零排放”的环境和经济效益进行分析。研究了该垃圾焚烧发电项目的废水处理回用方案,完成水平衡图绘制,从而实现废水“零排放”,以便能为同类垃圾焚烧发电项目提供借鉴。建议从整体运营考虑,结合自身实际情况采取科学、有效的废水利用措施,找到水平衡点,实现废水“零排放”目标。
With the increasingly severe situation of global water resources shortage,the comprehensive treatment and utilization of waste water generated by waste incineration power plant to achieve"zero discharge"of waste water is of great significance for enterprise cost control,environmental protection and improvement of water resource recycling rate.Taking the domestic waste incineration power generation project of Maoming City as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of waste water utilization,the amount and quality of waste water,analyzes the environmental and economic benefits of"zero discharge"of waste water,and then studies the wastewater treatment and reuse scheme of the waste waste incineration power generation project,and completes the drawing of water balance diagram,so as to realize"zero discharge"of waste water and provide reference for similar waste incineration power generation projects.It is suggested to take scientific and effective measures to utilize waste water in consideration of overall operation and in combination with the actual situation to achieve the goal of"zero discharge"of waste water.
