摘要
为探讨大学生成人依恋、心理弹性与抑郁之间的关系,采用亲密关系经历量表、心理弹性量表和抑郁自评量表对568名大学生进行测评。研究结果显示:依恋焦虑、依恋回避、心理弹性与抑郁之间两两显著相关。依恋焦虑、依恋回避显著负向预测心理弹性;依恋焦虑、依恋回避显著正向预测抑郁;心理弹性显著负向预测抑郁;心理弹性在成人依恋和抑郁之间起部分中介作用,因此依恋焦虑和依恋回避会通过影响大学生心理弹性的发展进而影响抑郁。心理弹性作为一种保护性因素,可以减缓依恋焦虑和依恋回避对大学生抑郁的影响。
To explore the relationship between adult attachment,psychological resilience and depression in college students,568 college students were assessed using the Intimate Relationship Experience Scale,the Psychological Resilience Scale and the Depression Self-Rating Inventory.The results of the study showed that attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance,psychological resilience and depression were significantly correlated with each other.Attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance were significant negative predictors of psychological resilience;attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance were significant positive predictors of depression;psychological resilience was a significant negative predictor of depression;and psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between attachment and depression in adults.Thus,attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance can affect depression by influencmg the development of psychological resilience in college students.Psychological resilience,as a protective factor,can mitigate the effects of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance on depression in college students.
