摘要
目的分析脑瘫合并语言发育迟缓患儿语言治疗的效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年5月收治的脑瘫合并语言发育迟缓患儿66例作为研究对象,依据电脑随机抽样分为两组,对照组(n=33)给予常规语言言语康复训练,研究组(n=33)在对照组训练基础上增加构音治疗。对比两组的临床效果。结果研究组治疗后言语清晰度评分、构音障碍评分、口部运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后Gesell发育量表评分(包括动作能、应物能、语言能、应人能)高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿治疗后语言发育商(development quotient,DQ)评分(包括语言能力、精细运动能力、适应能力)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫合并语言发育迟缓患儿给予增加构音治疗的综合性康复训练,可提高患儿语言功能治疗效果,促进患儿语言理解能力和语言表达能力的提高,对改善语言发育迟缓预后具有明显作用。
Objective To analyze the effect of speech therapy in children with cerebral palsy complicated with speech retardation.Methods A total of 66 cases from June 2019 to May 2020 all admitted during the period of merger of cerebral palsy in children with language retardation were selected as the research sample,divied into two groups based on random sampling for computer,the control group(n=33)gave regular language speech rehabilitation training,the team in the control group(n=33)was trained on the basis of increased compose sound treatment,compared two groups of clinical effect.Results After treatment,the score of speech articulation,arousal disorder and oral motor function in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Gesell development scale(including motor ability,reflex ability,language ability and reflex ability)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The language development quotient(development quotient,DQ)scores(including language ability,fine motor ability and adaptability)in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of cerebral palsy with language delay can increase the comprehensive rehabilitation training of arthritic therapy,improve the treatment effect of language function,promote the improvement of language comprehension ability and language expression ability,and have a significant effect on improving the prognosis of language delay.
