摘要
微炎症状态在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中发病率高,其现代医学的机制研究较少,治疗方法有限。中医学基于其本虚标实的基本病机,从健脾益肾、益气活血、利湿化浊、通腑排毒等角度论治,取得了较满意的治疗效果。现代医学的表观遗传学与中医学的天人合一、辨证论治的整体观念不谋而合。基于表观遗传学的MHD微炎症状态中医证型研究能为中医学提供微观辨证基础,也能为方剂准确应用提供依据,同时为进一步方药研究提供新的方法、方向。基于表观遗传学挖掘MHD微炎症状态患者的免疫细胞活化及功能失衡机制也具有重要的现代医学指导意义。
Microinflammatory states have a high incidence in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.The systematic mechanism of modern medicine is rarely reported,and the therapeutic methods are limited.Based on the basic pathogenesis of primary asthenia-secondary sthenia syndrome,traditional chinese medicine(TCM)treats from the perspectives of invigorating spleen and kidney,invigorating qi and activating blood,eliminating dampness and resolving turbidity,and elimination of toxin by purgation,and has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects.The epigenetics of modern medicine coincides with the concept of organic wholeness and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in TCM.The study of TCM syndromes of MHD microinflammation based on epigenetics can not only provide micro dialectical basis for TCM,but also provide basis for accurate prescription application,and also provide new methods and directions for further prescription research.It is also of great significance for modern medicine to explore the mechanism of immune cell activation and functional imbalance in MHD patients with microinflammatory state based on epigenetics.
