摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜下肾肿瘤患者手术中实施全面护理对并发症产生的降低效果。方法 对本院2017年1月-2019年10月接收的肾肿瘤患者共计86例进行研究,按照抛硬币法将患者划分成对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组以常规护理方式对患者施以干预,研究组以全面护理方式对患者施以干预,比较两组患者在护理效果方面的数据。结果 研究组并发症发生率(2.33%)低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.961,P=0.025);手术相关指标优于对照组(t=17.403,P<0.001;t=11.078,P<0.001;t=12.203,P<0.001;t=16.741,P<0.001);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.073,P=0.043)。两组各项数据比对差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下肾肿瘤患者手术以全面护理方式进行干预,可显著改善患者临床指标,有效减少患者出现并发症的情况,提升患者对于护理工作的满意程度,临床应用更具安全性,值得临床借鉴。
Objective To explore effect of comprehensive nursing on reducing complications in laparoscopic renal tumor surgery.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with renal tumor in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019,and divided them into control group(43 cases)and study group(43 cases)according to coin toss method.Control group was intervened with routine nursing,while research group with comprehensive nursing.Data of nursing effect were compared between two groups.Results Incidence of complications in study group(2.33%)was lower than control group(χ^(2)=4.961,P=0.025).Operation-related indexes were better than control group(t=17.403,P<0.001;t=11.078,P<0.001;t=12.203,P<0.001;t=16.741,P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group(χ^(2)=4.073,P=0.043),there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve clinical indicators of patients with laparoscopic renal tumor surgery,reduce complications,and improve satisfaction degree of patients with nursing work effectively,with safe clinical application,which is worthy of clinical reference.
